This policy aims to clarify the terms for requesting refunds for paid amounts on the Quran Reels Studio AI platform when purchasing point packages or premium subscriptions managed through Paddle.

1. Overview

At Quran Reels Studio AI, we strive to provide the best service for creating cinematic Quranic clips. Since our services are digital and immediate (points and subscriptions), the refund policy is subject to specific conditions that ensure user rights and protect system resources.

2. Refund Conditions for Point Packages

You may request a refund for a point package (Starter, Creator, Pro, Mega) within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any points from the purchased package. If even one point has been used to create a video, the package becomes non-refundable in full.

3. Refund Conditions for Subscriptions (Premium)

For monthly unlimited subscriptions, you may request cancellation and refund within 14 days of activation, provided you have not generated or rendered any video using premium features. Once the first video is created under the subscription, the paid fees become non-refundable.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, please contact us through the Contact Us pageproviding your account email and transaction ID (Paddle Transaction ID). The support team will review and process your request within 3-5 business days, and refund the amount through the original payment method.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases: exceeding 14 days from purchase, violating terms of use resulting in account ban, or technical issues beyond our control caused by third-party server outages.
